We Met in China!

I had to go on the other side of the world to meet the man of my dreams. I had back luck with men throughout college. As a matter of fact, by my senior year I was pretty much determined not to date again until I was 25 years old. I had come to the conclusion that all of the guys in college that were my age, were far to immature and wild to settle down and be adequate boyfriend material. So when I found out I was going to spend my summer in China, recording season 15 of CBS Survivor, I never in a million years expected to end up with my future hubby.

So I was pretty ecstatic went I went back to Spartanburg this week because the gas was only $1.39 a gallon. I was really excited about the cheap fuel but then I began to wonder why some states and cities seemed to be so much cheaper than others.

Don’t Let it Snow!

I am not a fan of cold weather. As a matter of fact, I REALLY dislike the cold and I can’t seem to function properly when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees. My mind goes blank, I can’t hear anyone around me, and my complete focus goes to figuring out a way to get warm. It is pretty pathetic….. A southern girl can’t drive in a snowstorm!
