He had a PET scan last week and we are waiting til Dec 9to get the results to see if the treatments worked. I am thinking about and praying for you and your mom in this very difficult time. Whenever I have talked with Verizon's customer service they are very nice. My husband had AT&T when we were dating, and accidentally got charged 1500 dollars because he did not have the "national" plan when they merged and had moved to Washington, so everything was long distance.
